A : Yes 100% we guarantee and stand behind our work . If any aspect of our service is not to your standards please tell us at the end of the service or within 48 hours and we will sort it out.

Q : Do you guarantee your work?

Q : Can I change or customise your standard service offerings?

A : Absolutely , just ask if you would like a customised service.

Q : What are your payment terms and do you offer accounts?

A : We politely request that all services are paid in full immediately upon completion of the work . Payment can be via any debit or credit card ( preferred ) or cash.

Q : What regions do you service?

A : We are based in Southern Lake Taupo and service all lake settlements including Taupo , Kuratau , Omori , Tūrangi , Waiouru , Ohakune , National Park and Taumarunui . Other areas upon request.

Q : Where should I park my car for this valet service?

A : We ask that your vehicle is parked off the road in an area that allows 1-2 meters free access around the entire vehicle . Ideally there would be parking for our service vehicle adjacent . Sorry we are unable to carry out services on the roadside or public reserves.

Q: Do you carry everything with you to complete the service?

A: Our service vehicles are fully equipped with all the valet supplies and equipment required . Ideally we would have access to an external water tap. . Please discuss with us prior if this is not practical.

Q: Are you insured?

A : Yes we are fully insured with comprehensive liability insurance , copies available upon request
